When you contact us using any of our forms I collect the data shown in the contact form, and also your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. I may also check contact form data through an automated spam detection service.

I retain contact form information you provide only for long enough to deal with your enquiry, and for no longer than 60 days.

Even though I try our best I can not guarantee the security of information. However, I promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. I will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. I will do everything I reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.
